Account & Data Storage If you create an account, your email address, name, and booking history are stored securely in our cloud database to allow you to view past requests and re-request trips. Authentication credentials are stored on your device using iOS Secure Enclave (Keychain) and never transmitted in plain text.

Booking requests submitted without an account are stored in our database for the purposes of fulfilling your service and are linked to your provided email address. No payment information is ever collected or stored through this app.

Data Retention We retain booking-related contact information only as long as necessary to complete your service and comply with applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.
